With Memorial weekend behind us, it's officially summer (picture confetti bursting from your screen right now), which means warm weather and even warmer hearts. Take advantage of the summer heat with our top seven outfits to wear on romantic and outdoorsy dates. You and your date will have your heart on your sleeve with all the eclectic, easy-going and fun-loving date ideas we here at Mulberry Muse have up our own sleeves!

A simple sleeveless white blouse puffed out from a neutral-colored, polka-dotted skirt with a minimalist leather sandal and dangly, warm-toned earrings is an effortless but stylish outfit to wear for a quaint meal alfresco or a wine tasting at a nearby winery or wine bar.

  1. Stella Blouse - Leona by Lauren Leonard
  2. Pink and Clear Three Drop Floral Earring
  3. Polka Dot Skirt - Hutch
  4. Gigi Sandal - Sam Edelman

A slouchy tee with a vintage wash paired with a distressed jean pant, nautical-styled sandals and fringy tassel earrings is the perfect laid-back, carefree look for when you and your date rent a convertible for a day, play tourists in your own city, or go tandem bike riding (but only if you swap your heels out for a pair of sandals or sneakers). With such whimsical date ideas, another playful look would be a flouncy ivory blouse matched with a flare jean pant, suede peep-toe heels and the same fringy tassel earrings.

  1. Slouchy Rib Uneven Vintage Oxford - Wilt
  2. Slim Cigarette Distressed Jean - 7 for all Mankind
  3. Wander Sandal - VANELi
  4. Embroidered Top - Karlie
  5. Fiona Flare - Paige Denim
  6. Paola Suede Peep-Toe Shoes - Pedro Garcia
  7. Tassel Earrings

If you put on this Madewell ivory top with cap sleeves and a lace neckline or this Madewell floral dress with a gathered waist, your day is sure to be made (well). ...All right, I agree, that pun was pretty bad. But can we both agree on the fact that paired with the above accessories (e.g. nude wedges or gold pumps, dangly earrings, or high-waisted shorts), you will look fairytale-dainty for when you and your date visit that farmer's market or go to that local farm for berry picking. Bring fresh fruits home to cook a homemade pie or cobbler together or freeze the berries to add tasty "ice cubes" to any chilled drink (be it wine, champagne or a cocktail).

  1. Crotchet Lace Top - Madewell
  2. Textured Ottoman Short - Hutch
  3. Ombre Beaded Earring
  4. Taylor Wedges - Cole Haan
  5. Silk Dress with Gathered Waist - Madewell
  6. Enerdadera Earring - Callis
  7. Gold Strappy Criss Cross Sandals - Jimmy Choo

Life is all peaches and cream if you wear this sleeveless peach blouse and pair of white skinny jeans. Slip your feet into these ivory flats with a floral detail. Funky gold bangles with peach- and citrus-colored jewels and a pearl nest necklace tie the whole look together. Wear this sweetheart look out for a stroll along the boardwalk or river walk, a fun-filled day at the state fair, or while having a rooftop happy hour to watch the sunset.

  1. Boxy Citrus Sheer Silk Blouse - Heather
  2. Classic Cigarette Jean - Genetic Denim
  3. Pearl Bird Nest Necklace - Yannis Jewelry Designs
  4. Peach Medallion Gold Cuff
  5. Pink and Clear Three Drop Floral Earring
  6. Ivory Flat - Oscar de la Renta
