Dreaming of the Beach•
Posted on April 17 2015
I don’t know about you all but I am dreaming of a Beach Vacation right about now. It has been gloomy and rainy in Houston the past few days and I am finding myself wishing I was relaxing on a beach instead of wearing my rain boots nonstop. A girl can dream, right! Here are my top picks for a weekend away soaking in the rays.
This Essential Beach beauty would be my cover-up of choice. It can take you from the Beach all the way to dinner if need be. Wear a simple slip underneath if you want to wear as a dress and are worried about it being too sheer. It is so light and airy and such a fun piece with the print and beading! Pair with a great metallic sandal and you are good to go!
For a Casual day out sightseeing or lunching. Look no further than this Shoshanna Sweater Paired with these Nili Lotan Linen Shorts. You'll be cool, comfy, and warm if it happens to cool down. Worried about being too hot. Just wear this super soft Kerisma Tank underneath and keep a long necklace in your purse to add a little glamour to a simple tee. Pop on these Bernardos to complete the look.
This Hale Bob Caftan can be work so many different ways. And that amazing Zebra Print! How could you resist! Wear these Cole Haan Wedges for a dinner and dancing night or pair with these studded sandals for a little pattern play. If you're opting for a little more coverage, try these Henry & Belle White Skinny Jeans.
All these pieces can easily be worn away from the beach as well! Stay tuned for more beach looks in the upcoming weeks!
