Scatter My Ashes at Bergdorf's (2013)

Shopaholics- this one is for you. It takes a look at the mecca that is Bergdorf Goodman and what makes the luxurious destination so special. The Olsens, Tom Ford, and Marc Jacobs are just a few of the many, many big names interviewed for this documentary. From the process behind the iconic Christmas window displays to a closer look at the store's revered personal shoppers- this is one you won't want to miss.

Iris (2015)

This feel good documentary about Iris Apfel will leave you feeling optimistic but not quite cool enough to hang with the 94 year old icon. The camera follows the advanced style chameleon as she navigates her way through her "style icon" status, something which was bestowed upon her in the 80s. We learn about the many facets of her fascinating life including overseeing interiors at the White House. She remembers a moment from her younger years when a woman stopped her and said: "Young lady, I've been watching you. You're not pretty and you'll never be pretty. But it doesn't matter. You have something much better. You have style." It is with this attitude that she has lived her life.

Bill Cunningham New York (2010)

The creator of street style- and still the best street photographer of all time- the 85 year old Cunningham has always been something of a fascinating mystery and even after watching this documentary he, interestingly, remains so. It only briefly touches on his personal life, spending most of the time delving into his work for the New York Times and the joy it has brought him. Most fascinating, and inspiring, is Cunningham's humbleness, despite the duplicity and pretense of the industry in which he has spent most of his life. His passion for his job is heartwarming and magic to watch.

Valentino: The Last Emperor (2008)

We challenge you not to fall a little bit in love with Valentino Garavani and his partner in business and in life, Giancarlo Giametti, in this touching and insightful look at their life together. From reflecting on how they met as young men, their multiple lavish homes (and pugs), to preparing for Valentino's final Haute Couture show before retiring, this documentary covers all areas of the designers life and career.

Advanced Style (2014)

"There's no time limit to anything. When you look good, you look good." says one of the seven couture-loving New York based older women at the heart of this charming documentary. Inspiration aplenty. Get your Pinterest boards ready.

Unzipped (1995)

Watch as Isaac Mizrahi revitalizes his career with the creation and launch of his 1994 autumn collection. Full of excitment and behind-the-scenes chaos along with appearances from some of the industry's most famous faces during supermodel-dom's heyday.
