4 Easy & Simple Spring Outfits to Try
It's time to get out of those pajamas!
As the world continues to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more people are being asked to remain socially distant aka physically distant. Businesses may be slowly opening in your area but the future remains uncertain. We don't know when we will be able to socialize in person with our friends and family or if stay-at-home orders are lifted for good. Many of us are stuck in a monotonous routine and are in need of a pick-me-up. That's why it's time to ditch the PJ's and dip into our stylish and creative side. Because we've enjoyed wearing lounge wear all day for over a month, many of us have forgotten how fun it is to get dressed up! Besides, there are still plenty of opportunities to show off our style and gain some self-esteem. Planning outfits for a work call or happy hour with friends is the perfect excuse to get dressed! Below we have put together four outfits that will make you want to get dressed up, take a mirror selfie and show everyone online!
Take a Walk on the Floral Side
An easy way to transition from PJ's is to pair comfy denim shorts with a basic tee. Add a floral Kimono and a summer clutch to complete your look. Still comfy but a bit more stylish!
Professional Meets Posh
Paper bag shorts are all the buzz this spring! Sticking to a neutral color will make it easy to pair with other items you already have in your closet. Copy this sophisticated look by uniting paper bag shorts with a basic white tee and a long black blazer.
Brighter Days Ahead
It's time to pull out our spring dresses! Copy this refreshing outfit by combining a bright floral dress with your favorite jewelry and a sun hat. Such a cute look for the gram! You could also wear as a swim cover up once we are allowed to vacation again.
Cool, Calm, & Quarantined
You may still be in quarantine but you have to acquire some groceries and wine at some point! Look and feel good in your own home by maintaining a balanced color palette. Mix dark and light neutrals. Try a dark striped tee (which you can wear year around) and dark wash jeans paired with nude-colored shoes and a cardigan. Chic and comfortable to run those much needed errands!
It is proven that how we dress affects our daily mood and we believe in happy, productive, fun moods at Muse. We hope you enjoyed our outfit ideas! If you have any tips or ideas you would like to share, please leave a comment or reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram.
Until next time! XO
