Styles to be Thankful For
Posted on November 08 2018
One of my favorite holidays is just around the corner! And that holiday is Thanksgiving! It's a time us Americans celebrate with food, family and friends.
Also has anyone noticed that we typically dress up super nice just to eat in each other's homes? I always thought that was funny but Thanksgiving fashion is a whole other level that is worth the effort! However I wanted to help you readers find pieces that are both stylish and comfy, cause ya know, we need room for all that turkey!
Casual Look
If you're doing a more relaxed Thanksgiving dinner or lunch with family and friends, then watch football afterwards; then this outfit is perfect since its still stylish but very comfortable. Also, these Rag & Bone Dre Slim jeans are perfect for the holiday season in general since you can also wear them for Christmas festivities as well! They also contrast well with this rust color Michael Lauren mock neck top. Keep warm with this soft and comfy neutral color Haute Hippie cardigan. Only to complete the look with these stylish and great for any occasion Alias Mae Dexter bootie.
Cranberry Chic
Thanksgiving is a huge Fall holiday but that doesn't mean you have to wear oranges and mustard yellow tones (although I do love those tones myself). You can look classy and feel comfortable in a simple and chic a-line dress like this Astr Label Kristen Dress in burgundy. My favorite part of this outfit is the Freda Salvador Luck Ankle boot because of the block heel. It's trendy and can be comfortably worn and easy on the feet while wearing tights. Don't forget to put your essentials in this Elaine Turner bucket bag!
Thanksgiving is all about bright fall colors, warm tones, and cozy styles. Check out our latest new arrivals and the outfits we put together for turkey day!
Sweet Corn Vibes
Mustard yellow and rustic orange tones are a staple for Thanksgiving outfits. What I love about these colors is that they can brighten up any outfit without making it look "too summery." These tones also work really well with any casual outfit and contrast great against a black or brown skirt or black or brown skinny jeans.
Channeling Cornucopia
If the weather is a still a little warmer in your area, that's okay, here's a Thanksgiving look that will still keep you cool but channel that Thanksgiving mood. The colors of the Eliza bodysuit with velvet florals reminds me of the decor of a cornucopia. Pair with these wide leg pants (has pockets btw!) and these gorgeous mules to heighten and give comfort. Finish the look with these Reina earrings that accentuate the face.
Whatever mood you're feeling, we have more styles to be thankful for to choose from:
